GhostCam is an AI image-editing service for entertainment and prank purposes only.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use GhostCam to commit fraud, defamation, or insurance claims.
• Do not generate images depicting real identifiable people without consent.
• Do not generate sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate law enforcement, government, or emergency services for harmful purposes.

License

You own the photos you upload. By purchasing a generation, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the output for personal entertainment and social-media sharing.

Liability

GhostCam is provided "as is." We are not liable for outcomes arising from your sharing of generated images, including but not limited to ruined holidays, panicked relatives, or 911 calls.
